Page Overview

As a staff member you are required to be active within our ERLC server by moderating being on shift and by interacting with the community inside our Discord server. Every week Senior Mangers+ will go through your activity and issue an infraction if you fail to meet our expectations.

Weekly Quota

To ensure that our staff members are active we have installed a weekly quota of shift time. You are required you have atleast 1 hour of shift time as a staff member at Arkansas State Roleplay per week. Failure to receive atleast 1 hour of shift time as a staff member will result in a staff infraction.

Leave of Absence

If you unable to meet the weekly quota for that week you must request a LOA using Melonly. A LOA dismisses the weekly quota for you meaning you will not need to be on shift for atleast 1 hour. Your LOA must have a good reason and management members reserve the right to decline your LOA if your reason is not good enough.
