Our Guidelines

Being a staff member you have some staff guidelines you must follow in order to stay a staff member at Los Angeles Roleplay. Below you can find a list of our guidelines for you as a staff member and what you expect of you. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in staff discipline.
Professionalism
As a staff member you are expected to uphold some professionalism when communicating within tickets, channels, and moderating in game. Acting immature and misrepresenting our server will not be tolerated as a staff member.
Grammar
As a staff member you are expected to use grammar when moderating in game, dealing with tickets, or announcing something important. You shall represent our staff team in a professional manner. Grammar isn't necessary when speaking in public channels such at #general.
Shifts
When on shift you are expected to actively respond to mod calls and interact with the community. You cannot go AFK while on shift or you will receive staff discipline. You are not allowed to use staff commands off duty (Management+ are exempt).
Internal Conversations
Internal conversations (conversations held in staff channels) are held there for a reason. Please don't go around leaking internal conversations that contain server information or anything that relates to how we operate.
Drama
Staff drama or any drama inside of Los Angeles Roleplay shouldn't be held in it. Take your heated drama to direct messages and deal with it and take it elsewhere. Do not start any arguments about your infractions or staff punishments. Misrepresenting the staff team will result in staff discipline.
Command Abuse
You will be granted access to various different things and it is expected that you will be trustworthy and not abuse any of your privileges. Do not use custom :m and :h commands unless authorized by a management member. Do not use commands such as :kick all unless we are conducting a SSD.
